Gundam 00 just entered the Top 50 Anime Series of All Time in MyAnimeLists.Net.

Last time I checked it was out of top 100. Great Progress.

Nothing could make me happier. The series was great. Not only the Best Gundam Series ever but probably the best mecha anime of all time. Macross Frontier and Code Geass R2 are probably going to be the only rivals for G00 before it hits season 2 later Q4 this year! With Macross already losing some of its grounds in both ANN and MAL ratings, i think Code Geass R2 will be the only one in a two horse race with Gundam 00 before we know which will be named “Anime of the Year: 2008″. So Sunrise 1 and 2 is more or less almost certain by the end of this year.  :P

Let’s just wait and see where do we end.

Now this is bad, first, a couple of weeks back, Episode 3 footages were leaked accidentally leading to all chaos whether the series should be altered before going air. fortunately SUNRISE decided to get hold of it and aired the show in due time without cancelling the original schedule. and this week what we have, preview of episode 5 has been leaked.

Seriously. SUNRISE should pay more attention to the airing time and forget about the leakage of footage, i mean its seriously their fault for not having internet releases on check, at this rate we will see this kinda alarms every the other week.

Stop being a snob and air the shows already. it’s way popular, a leakage or two wont hamper neither its popularity nor its value.

Bandai took their time. thanks goodness i was able to get a hold of the last episodes. Now it will be a pain for those who use Direct Download.

Most likely Bandai will probably license the Second Season too, which is due this coming October’08 even before it is aired for its immense popularity already. Just like what they did with Code Geass R2. Whatever, no one is stopping me from gettin’ my Gundam 00.

The wait is over. As Code Geass R2 kicked off this season with the world of promise, full of suspense and drama. We are already into the fourth week the fouth episode is due this sunday. The show is definately the pick of the season and after a long wait, we the CG fans are in a rollercoaster ride, already! Introduction of new interesting characters and explanation of post black rebellion incidents are making this show a nerve cracker, needless to say, this one will definately clinch the anime of the year 2008 award without any prob. other shows those are definitely worthy of a try are:

- Macross Frontier (A direct Sequel of popular old days Macross 7)

- Soul Eater (New mega series? may be. Already made its mark)

- Nabari no Ou (Interesting Ninja Action Based Anime)

- Vampire Knight (From the popular Manga of the very title, into the second episode and yes, it seems promising)

- Special A (Ouran! nah. it will take more than something out of this world to meet Ouran’s Standards. However, this anime is a good pick for those who enjoy school-romance-comedy genre, pretty good in its own way.)
